Highlands Reserve is located on Highway 27, close to Highway 192 West and within 15 minutes' drive from Walt Disney World® Resort. Here you will find the homes nestled into beautifully landscaped grounds making Highlands Reserve a very desirable development to spend your holiday. Our homes are surrounded by pretty streets and gardens, with many overlooking the golf course. Highlands Reserve features a renowned 18-hole PGA Golf Course along with several communal facilities. Each home is air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with its own screened pool, offering an ideal base for your holiday. For fun in and around the resort community, guests can practise their backhand on the tennis court or swinging a few rounds at the 18-hole golf course. While the kids have their very own play area to play on and hopefully make some new friends. Occupancy levels are as follows:- 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people- 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 peoplePlease note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process. Please note that spas are limited within Highlands Reserve. If a spa has been pre-booked, whilst we will try our best to accommodate the guest we cannot guarantee that your home will include it.
