Recently newly renovated. Roban House is a small friendly guest house with accommodation within 10 minutes walking distance of the bus, train stations and the centre of Bath. STRICTLY NO SMOKERS PLEASE. The hotel has luxury rooms with high quality Egyption Cotton bed linen and bath sheets, en-suite and private bathrooms, with free wireless broadband throughout. Some free on-street permit parking available (subject to availability) outside, or free unlimited street parking is available nearby. WE RECOMMEND MAKING A BOOKING AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT WALK INS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE, It might be possible to check in earlier or leave your luggage depending on the time you arrive in Bath. It is necessary to check this with us before making the booking. Otherwise you will be able to leave your luggage opposite the train station in the Internet and Storage cafe. We now offer in house holistic treatments such as Aromatherapy,Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Sport/Remedial Massage, Face Massage and Reiki. These normally need to be booked in advance. Please telephone us for details after making your reservation. The earliest check-in is at 6 pm and the latest at 9 pm and the latest check out 10 am except by prior arrangement (additional charges may apply). Roban House does not have a permanently manned reception. We will contact you to arrange the suitable check-in time. Breakfast is included, where indicated. We offer English Breakfast or, if preferred, a healthy continental breakfast which includes fresh fruit salad, porridge or cereal, ham, cheese, eggs scrambled, boiled or poached, fresh bread or toast, jam or marmalade, freshly brewed ground coffee and a big selection of teas, including herbal ones. Breakfast is served at 8 am during the week and from 8 am to 9 am during the weekend. Regretfully, we do not accept children under the age of 12. We do not permit any changes/transfers to the original booking after the booking has been made. It might be possible to add a guest bed into some of the rooms at 50 per night but please check with the Guest House before booking. PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENTS BY UK DEBIT CARD INCUR NO SURCHARGE. PAYMENTS FOR THE BALANCE BY CREDIT CARD OR ANY NON UK CARD ARE SUBJECT TO 5% BANK CHARGES.

Please note that there is no 24-hour reception at the property, so guests are required to contact Roban House prior to arrival to make arrangements for checking in. This can be done using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Roban House Guest House does not accept American Express cards. Payment by cheque is not permitted. Please note that only some rooms can accommodate an extra bed, subject to availability. Roban House Guest House is a smoke-free environment. Anyone found smoking at the property will be asked to leave and pay for redecorating of the room. Guests are asked not to enter in dirty industrial clothing, and Roban House Guest House reserves the right to request that you change clothes before entering. Guests should provide their estimated time of arrival when booking. Roban House Guest House does not accept children under 12 years. Some on-street permit parking is available outside Roban House Guest House, or free street parking is available nearby.
