Groceries can be ordered and delivered to guests every day for a service fee of $19 and an additional 10% of the total amount of groceries will be charged. A checklist of available groceries will be provided to guests. Groceries can also be organised prior to guests’ arrival (fridge pre-stocking).

Upon check-in, all clients will be asked to complete a registration form, where credit card details will be required. This serves to authorize €500 as a security deposit, which may be deducted from the clients’ credit card within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceeds the security deposit, the guest’s credit card will be debited accordingly.
