The overflowing natural hot spring in this area, which is called Iwamuro-onsen at Niigata-prefecture, was opened 300 years ago. This hotel, the Hotel Ohashi Yakata-no-yu, is a long established authentic traditional Ryokan (Japanese type inn) and have been operated for 140 years. Feeling the history of this property, you can enjoy the big bath called Yakata-no-yu, which is the largest bath in this area, its open air bath and a traditional Japanese set-course called Kaiseki-Ryori, which project on each season in Japan containing seasonal ingredients in dishes. The hotel recommends Arashi-no-yu, which is the combination the overflowing natural hot spring and the bedrock bathing as well.
