On an exceptional fully enclosed site, the APPART'CITY COMFORT MARNE – LA – VALLEE VAL D'EUROPE is built on more than one hectare of landscaped areas, on the edge of a listed wood and offers 224 spacious apartment suites with kitchen, on 4 levels, from 22 to 60 m2. Each of them, fully equipped and decorated, designed to be functional and particularly comfortable.

On the ground floor, you will find reception, lounge, lounge bar, breakfast room, supplemented by a launderette on the garden level. 3 minutes walk from the hotel you have BUS 43, to Disneyland® Resort Paris and the Val d'Europe shopping center and La Vallée Village

On the other hand, in Appart'City which have a swimming pool, a fitness room, meeting rooms and a Bistrot City restaurant (lunch and dinner), it is required and controlled for adults to access these places.

Please be informed that you have the possibility of using public transport (line 43 – “Bois de Loselet” stop 5 minutes from the residence) to get to the Val d’Europe shopping center and the Disneyland Park.

Residence is located in the Montevrain area, in Seine et Marne, and offers proximity to the main activity and leisure centers such as Disneyland® Resort Paris, Spa Aquatonic, the Val d'Europe shopping center, La Vallée Village Outlet, the University of Marne la Vallée and is located 25 minutes from Paris.

Rooms

Since September 17, 2021, our reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Since the appearance of COVID-19, the hotel have been constantly assessing this situation and taking the necessary preventive measures to limit the human and economic impact of this health crisis on the company as much as possible.

The hotel's leisure facilities include a spa (for a fee). Further available options include a disco.
